BOGE Rubber & Plastics a worldwide operating automotive supplier in the field of vibration control and plastics technology opened an office in Yokohama (Japan). “Our global strategy is aimed at being present in the major local automotive markets. This includes also Japan, especially because here a number of internationally successful operating manufacturers have their headquarters. Through our presence in Japan we can coordinate our growing business in the future even better and more customer-oriented. Thus, our position on the global market will be further strengthened,” Dr Torsten Bremer, CEO of the BOGE Rubber & Plastics Group, headquartered in Damme (Germany) commented. BOGE has been awarded increasingly in recent years, development and production orders from Japanese car manufacturers and intends to further expand its business with the Japanese OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
Head of the new branch, which operates under the name of "BOGE Rubber & Plastics Japan K.K.," is Mr. Naoki Matsuda. He has many years of automotive experience in the Japanese market.
