High-ranking Chinese visitors at BOGE Elastmetall in Simmern

Internationalization and growth strategy attracted a great deal of interest from the Ministry of Commerce

Simmern. The high-ranking delegation of seven members of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, took almost two hours to meet the automotive supplier BOGE Rubber & Plastics live on site at the Simmern location in early November. Dr. Torsten Bremer, CEO of the BOGE Rubber & Plastics Group, explained in particular the company's internationalization and growth strategy. Ingo Happe, Head of the plant in Simmern, explained extensively the product range of the Simmern plant. The guests were impressed by the company's development and were particularly interested in the company's global orientation and production processes. The exchange of information was characterized by mutual respect and appreciation and a pleasant conversational atmosphere, which created an excellent basis for valuable impulses which both sides took home with them. 

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China - known as MOFCOM (The Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of the People's Republic of China) is based in Beijing.

BOGE Rubber & Plastics is a division of the Chinese Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (TMT) who has been the owner of the company for more than two years.
