Successful trainees at BOGE

Damme. "Only those who train people at their own company will also have skilled workers in the long term. Therefore, we will give even more priority to the topic of training in our company in the future." This was emphasized by Georg Ostendorf, head of the Damme location of the BOGE Rubber & Plastics Group during the graduation ceremony for the trainees in Damme. Of the ten trainees who have passed successfully their exams at the automotive supplier so far this year (2022), five trainees continue to work at BOGE in different functions. In total, BOGE is currently training 30 trainees in five professions at the Damme location. Here are the successful trainees (in parentheses the training profession): Bele Dittgen, Jonas Heinrich, Ilker Sahin, Tatjana Tatarko (all industrial business management assistants), Marcus Fähmel and Thomas Ruwe (both mechatronics engineers/dual studies in mechanical engineering), Julian Otto (process engineer/dual studies in plastics technology), Martin Eveslage (mechatronics engineer), Billal Atris and Alwin Julian Arulanantham (both process technicians).
