Training
You will soon have successfully finished school and want to start a training with us? Then you are perfectly right at our company! No matter in which area you want to get started, you can expect many different training professions, a working environment with friendly and motivated colleagues, a modern workplace and equipment, as well as attractive remuneration.
The application period begins one year before the start of training in June. Since we plan our training according to the company's personnel requirements, we do not offer training positions for all professions every year. You can see whether a training occupation will be offered in the coming year by whether it will be advertised under our job offers from June onwards.
Dual study program
You think full-time studies are too theoretical and would like to gain extensive practical experience right from the start? Then the dual study program would be the right choice for you. With a dual study program at BOGE, you can ideally combine practical experience in your daily work with the theoretical knowledge gained at university. During the practical stages, you will gain insights into various company divisions, be able to build up a network within the company and implement your ideas in your own projects.

During your thesis, you will receive extensive training from a dedicated, competent supervisor who will accompany and support you throughout your thesis. You want to gain valuable practical experience while studying? Working as a student trainee at BOGE makes it possible and you will also be paid for it. As a student trainee, you will get a comprehensive insight into the respective department and support your colleagues in challenging tasks and projects. As a student trainee, you can organize your own work schedule and we are also flexible with regard to the number of hours per week. If you would like to write your final thesis with us afterwards, all the better.
